Company Policies - Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order using either First Class or Priority US Mail.
We ship to the USA, Canada and Mexico only, and cannot accept international orders. One low flat
rate shipping charge of $2.90 will be added at checkout for any size order, with a small additional handling
charge for all shipments to Canada and Mexico.
Certain items may be shipped using UPS Ground services. Please note that UPS Ground is not
available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, US Virgin Islands,
APO's, or Post Office boxes. Shipments in excess of 150 pounds, over sized, or hazardous materials
must be shipped by common carrier at additional cost. Certain shipments may require added pallet charges.
Online shipping upgrade quotes are for shipments to the lower 48 states, and will be
higher for shipments outside of the lower 48 states. Shipping upgrades which include
certain accessory items also may require additional shipping charges. In such instances,
we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Customers should call us for a shipping
quote prior to making such purchases.
Tracking information for all UPS shipments will be emailed to the email address used to complete the
online purchase. You will be sent an email from UPS on the day of shipment. At this time we are unable
to provide tracking information for US Mail shipments.
Customers can expect speedy shipment. The item(s) will be shipped on the business day following our
receipt of your payment. Typical delivery time for a coast to coast UPS Ground shipment is 5-6 business
days. Typical delivery time for a coast to coast First Class or Priority US Mail shipment is 3-4 days. Transit
times for shipments to Canada and Mexico will be longer.
